Aloo Pyaaz Ka Raita

It’s simple, delicious and compliments most main course dishes.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Whisk yogurt till smooth. Keep aside a little onion and potato for garnish and mix the rest with yogurt, roasted cumin powder and black salt in a bowl.
  2. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with the reserved onion and potato cubes. Sprinkle a pinch of roasted cumin powder and Kashmiri red chili powder on top and serve chilled.
