Meet your host - Nidhi

As a passionate chef with years of experience, I'm excited to share my love for traditional Indian home cooking and help demystify Indian cuisine. My classes are not just informative, they’re fun and inspiring ensuring you feel confident in Indian cooking at home. Looking for the perfect gift? These classes make a fantastic experience for family or friends who share a love for cooking and savouring delicious Indian food.

What To Expect

I keep the group sizes small (max 6 people) to ensure that the classes are engaging and hands-on. We will start the day with a cup of masala chai while discussing the menu. You will then roll up your sleeves and get stuck in preparing the dishes from scratch after which we sit down together and enjoy the food you’ve cooked. Class themes range from Street Food, Indian Breads, Regional Dishes, Biryani, Dinner Party Classics and much more.
